Why hasn’t my balance updated even though my order is marked as delivered? If your order status shows Delivered but your earnings have not yet appeared in your Zink balance, this is completely normal.
Understanding the difference between “Delivered” and “Payment Available” Delivered This status is updated by the shipping company once the package reaches the customer.
However, at this stage, the shipping company may still not have transferred the collected payment to Zink yet.
Payment Available This status means:
  • The shipping company has successfully transferred the order payment to Zink
  • Zink has received and confirmed the funds
  • Your earnings are now added to your available balance
Your balance only updates after the order reaches the Payment Available stage.
Why does this happen? Shipping companies usually transfer collected cash payments in batches and not instantly upon delivery. This process can take a few business days depending on:
  • Shipping company processing times
  • Cash collection reconciliation
  • Weekends or holidays
  • Transfer schedules
When will my balance update?In most cases, the balance updates automatically within a few days after the order is marked as delivered.
No action is required from your side.
